Fit Express
:: 12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
:: 1-on-1 session at the start of the program to establish goals and 1 session at the end of the program to measure your success.
:: 3 weekly cardio & resistance training workouts with your group.
:: Each group works with a certified Personal Trainer who is specially trained in the principles of exercise and nutrition. This expertise helps you achieve optimum weight loss and maintain the loss throughout your life.
:: Consistent nutrition education and support including a 3-month Fit Express Nutrition and Exercise Journal to help you track your progress.

Threshold 
This class includes a full body workout to achieve body tone with emphasis on muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and nutritional guidance. By incorporating exercise into a balanced lifestyle of good nutrition, hydration, and sleep, it is a good way of cheating to get your body toned and in shape faster. This class is taught by our certified personal trainer Reid McLean.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30PM

F.L.A.S.H. 
Forever Lasting And Sustainable Health. This class is geared specifically towards weight loss and muscle toning. This class meets 3 days/week for 3-1 hour sessions. It incorporates cardio training within your specific heart zones, and circuit training to develop the muscles of your body. This class is taught by our certified personal trainer Reid McLean.

Mondays at 6:00PM, Tuesdays at 6:30PM, and Saturdays at 9:00AM 

Mind and Power 
This class is geared towards Core Strength and Flexibility. Mind and Body will help you increase overall core strength for better balance and stability as well as increase your flexibility for better range of motion. The class ranges from beginner to advanced exercises making it, appealing to any fitness level. This class is taught by personal trainer Jeremy Mendoza.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00PM

Youth Sports Training 
By incorporating the most modern SAQ training techniques, this class aims to improve the competitive edge of any athlete for any sport. Core strength, explosive power, linear and lateral agility drills, and plyometric exercises will take your game to the next level. This class is taught by personal trainer Jeremy Mendoza.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30PM

Weight Training Basics

This class is geared towards weight loss, muscle toning, and strength development. Learn the basics of weight training concepts and see the results that you are looking for. This class is instructed by certified personal trainer, and competitive power lifter, Rich Jennings.

 

Fridays at 6:00PM and Sundays at 12:00PM

 

Rock Body 
This class is a 3 month, 3 days per week, boot-camp style class designed to help you lose weight, tone up, gain strength, and increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It incorporates functional style training with Bosu balls, stability balls, free weights, and machines. Through this class, certified personal trainer Tawndy Dyer will get you into shape.

 

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:00 - 8:00AM or 8:00-9:00AM

 

Bridal Bootcamp
Brides get ready! Your date is just around the corner! This class is a 3 month, 3 days per week commitment to getting yourself into shape. Through each 1-hour class you will be molded into a healthier you, not only for the big day, but for a lifetime. Certified personal trainer Vanessa Valadez-Anderson will guide you in making exercise and nutrition work for you as a lifestyle rather than a quick fix. This bootcamp is a fun, challenging, small group class that is perfect for brides, bridal parties, or even brides vs. grooms.

Women on Weights
