Cancer Wellfit
Cancer Wellfit is a 10-week small group program designed for cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. The program is designed to be subsidized so that the participants can attend free of charge. The goal of this program is to help participants reduce the severity of therapy side effects such as unwanted weight changes, low energy or low self esteem through:
:: building muscle mass and strength
:: increasing flexibility and endurance
:: improving functional ability
:: encouragement towards healthier eating habits.

Senior Solutions
We are pleased to welcome you to a seniors program designed to help participants maintain a full, active and independent life. We introduce participants to fun ways to improve your lifestyle and enable participants to make new, active friends. Relax, have a good time and ask questions. This program meets two times a week for 5 weeks.
