Philosophy
My philosophy includes addressing all five components of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory function, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility. I also believe proper nutrition has a very important role in overall health and fitness. I believe in creating a program that fits each individual’s goals and needs, while keeping it enjoyable so that the change to a healthier lifestyle is a LIFETIME change.
