PregnaFit
A one-hour cardio, strength, and relaxation class for women 6 to 40 weeks prenatal. Each week provides moms with new ways of exercising while pregnant, including modifications for weights, tubing, gliding, stepping and much more. Participants receive a different handout each week on various pregnancy topics including nutrition, exercise, labor positions, stress and relaxation. 

PregnaFit offers a free class-of-the-month (see the group fitness schedule online) and free monthly Moms Update E-newsletter. You will be impressed with how much you can accomplish while pregnant, and feel great.

Prenatal Plunge
This heated, indoor-pool fitness class allows prenatal women to workout while removing stress from the knees, hips and lower back. It is surprising how much abdominal strength you will use in the pool while working with paddles, noodles and other water equipment. Class ends with a gentle stretch and relaxation in the water.

Prenatal Yoga
No experience required, but be gentle in your first yoga class. This is a great format for increasing your muscle tone, lengthening your joints and calming your mind in serenity. All equipment is provided. 

Parent-Infant Yoga
No need to give up the yoga you began while pregnant, just bring your baby along. Moms, dads and caregivers are welcome. Everyone will benefit from this gentle class that rejuvenates your spirits and calms your infants in a loving environment. Nursing and feeding is allowed. We also encourage you to bring blankets and toys to class. Exercises are for both parents and babies.

Stroller Strength
Do want your pre-baby body back? This high-gear sports conditioning class for moms and dads kicks up your workout with your baby to burn fat and tighten your torsos. Is your toddler too big for the stroller or does your baby get upset? Fear not! Let them play in the gym with toys or enjoy a snack. We also stroll to the park during warm weather.
