Attention All Guys!! Get the beach body you have wanted with Kel's Muscle Strength and Gain Class. The class meets twice a week for 8 weeks. No past lifting experience is required, form and proper lifting technique will be taught. Class will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Member price, only $20 per class!!! Dog Gone Fun is back! You have asked and we are responding, the ever popular exercise with your dog class is back and open to non members. Learn how to properly exercise with your dog for a variety of activities; hiking, cycling, walking and running from a certified personal trainer and dog trainer! Bring your pooch to the club every Saturday at 3pm starting March 27th. Class runs for 3 weeks.
