Sponsorship Partner

As a Sponsorship Partner your company invests a minimal annual fee and agrees to a minimum employee participation level. The Club will provide promotional materials at your request to ensure that your company's goals are met. All company employees then receive discounted enrollment and monthly dues.

Subsidy Partner

As a Subsidy Partner your company takes the first step in encouraging employees towards a healthier lifestyle by funding a portion of participating employees' monthly dues. All company employees also receive discounted enrollment and monthly dues.

Elite Subsidy Partner

The Elite Subsidy Partnership provides companies with the ability to make a statement of their support for employee health through full funding of participating employees' membership.
