Preparing For Summer Camp

:: Children should dresss in comfortable clothes and athletic shoes

:: No black marking soles or shoes with roller skate features allowed

:: All participants must have a completed registration form on file

:: All participants must provide payment in full prior to attendance

:: Every child must be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult to the camp room to sign in

:: Each child must be signed out prior to leaving any NMSW facilities

:: You must provide a sack lunch with drink for full day camps, we will provide an afternoon snack
