Parent-Infant Yoga
No need to give up the yoga you began while pregnant, just bring your baby along. Moms, dads and care givers are welcome. Everyone will benefit from this gentle class that rejuvenates your spirits and calms your infants in a loving environment. Nursing and feeding is allowed. We also encourage you to bring blankets and toys to class. Exercises are for both parents and babies.
Stroller Strength
Do you want your pre-baby body back? This high-gear sports conditioning class for moms and dads kicks up your workout with your baby to burn fat and tighten your torsos. Is your toddler too big for the stroller or does your baby get upset? Fear not! Let them play in the gym with toys or enjoy a snack. We also stroll to the park during warm weather.
