PregnaFit
A one-hour cardio, strength, and relaxation class for women 6 to 40 weeks pre-natal. Each week provides moms with new ways of exercising while pregnant, including modifications for weights, tubing, gliding, stepping and much more. Participants receive a different handout each week on various pregnancy topics including nutrition, exercise, labor positions, stress and relaxation.
PregnaFit offers a free class-of-the-month and free monthly Moms Update E-newsletter. You will be impressed with how much you can accomplish while pregnant, and feel great.
Pre-Natal Plunge
This heated, indoor-pool fitness class allows pre-natal women to workout while removing stress from the knees, hips and lower back. It is surprising how much abdominal strength you will use in the pool while working with paddles, noodles and other water equipment. Class ends with a gentle stretch and relaxation in the water.
Pre-Natal Yoga
No experience required, but be gentle in your first yoga class. This is a great format for increasing your muscle tone, lengthening your joints and calming your mind in serenity. All equipment is provided.
