Fit Express
If you are among the many who have tried a variety of approaches to weight loss with little results, we are pleased to introduce the Fit Express Group Personal Training program starting in January.You will become a part of a 4-8 person group that inspires and energizes each other during group cardio and resistance training sessions. You will also receive weekly group nutrition coaching and education. Led by Fit Express Personal Trainers, this fun, group format will keep you motivated as you accomplish your weight loss and wellness goals.
:: Fit Express is a 12-week, accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
:: Participants receive 2 individual sessions with a Fit Express Personal trainer to set goals and measure success.
:: Meet with your trainer and your group for 3 cardio and resistance training group workouts per week.
:: Receive consistent nutritional support and education including a 3 month Fit Express Nutrition and Exercise Journal to help track your progress.
:: This affordable Group Personal Training program is less than $14 a session.
